About the role:

We are looking for a Program Manager to work at the intersection global talent acquisition, project management, communications and change management to help drive recruiting initiatives as part of the CoE. You will help support and drive multiple projects across talent acquisition ensuring sustainability and alignment within a global TA model, while advocating regionally for best practices, compliance standards and innovation. Reporting to the Global Director of Talent Acquisition this individual will bring project management discipline and help to architect a global counsel that brings together the TA resources globally. This includes partnering with the global TA team, external vendors and business partners to actively bring recommendations and innovation to improve service delivery and performance into our day to day and long-term operations.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Thought leadership and understanding of best/next recruiting practices which could include some of the following: technology, processes, analytics & compliance.

  • Support budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships/service levels.

  • Establish relationship with TA Managers and Regional leads to understand areas of areas of improvement and new enhancements and alignment.

  • Seek out innovative solutions and ways to improve all aspects of the recruiting experience for all impacted.

  • Establish and implement a measurement strategy aimed at monitoring the effectiveness of the talent acquisition programs

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on measurement outcomes

  • Identify integrations and establish contacts across the organization to align efforts and plan implementation

  • Escalate issues as they relate to Talent Acquisition priorities, goals, strategies, resources and key initiatives

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to learning program stakeholders

  • Travel 15-20% of the time

What we're looking for:

Basic Qualifications

  • Five plus years of Talent Acquisition experience or relevant program management in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Experience with Program Management and related HR and/or TA development processes

  • Excellent project management and process optimization methodologies (DMAIC, Lean, Six Sigma)

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to plan strategy, tactics and perform root-cause analysis

  • Strong facilitation, influencing, and behavioral change management skills including conflict resolution

  • Ability to build strong relationships within recruiting, people leadership and other partners outside the TA team.

  • Experience telling a story and influencing through a combination of strong interpersonal skills, and using process maps or visual presentation tools such as PowerPoint & Visio.

  • Excellent project management skills & attention to detail.

  • Self-starter with demonstrable ability to perform well with high degree of accuracy and comfortable ambiguity.

  • Strong change management and communication planning skills

  • Proven success if using data to drive decision and trends

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or a related field required.

About the role: The VP HR Global Operations will be accountable for creating, influencing and driving a wide-ranging spectrum of world-class human resources strategies aligned with the company's corporate vision and designed to achieve global operations business initiatives and strategies. To achieve this, he/she will act as a trusted advisor to the EVP Global Operations and his leadership team. The VP HR Global Operations is responsible for leading a team of HR professionals across the globe. Your responsibilities include: * HR Business Strategy: Define, develop and implement meaningful HR business strategies, plans and initiatives for optimal structure and resource plans, aligned with the specific needs of the different global functions. * Talent Acquisition: Build a robust workforce plan and ensure execution of the plan within the various functions. Together with the senior leadership team, build plans to attract key talent for the organization. * Effective HR Service Delivery: Leverage HR Centers of Excellence to address and satisfy the strategic needs of the business. Ensure strategies and initiatives link closely with globally established processes and systems. * Talent Management and Development: Develop and lead the talent agenda process, which includes creating plans that assess talent, perform pipeline analysis and fill gaps to develop and move people within the enterprise as appropriate. * Build the Right Culture: Work closely with top management to drive and embed company values and behaviors and ensure leaders leverage these to motivate and engage teams. * Coach and Mentor: Act as a coach and mentor to the leadership and own team.
