As part of our FY24 investment we are growing our indirect / partner sales team in the Americas. For that reason we are seeking a partner sales leader to join our Americas team and drive the growth of our indirect business with key partners in the GSI and MSP/CSP space. The ideal candidate will have a current track record managing a partner team at a regional level that is responsible for Global Systems Integrators (GSI) and Service providers (SP)

In this role, you will develop go to market plans, specific solution offerings and collaborate with the assigned partners - to win with our joint customers. You will leverage market intelligence, partner events, product specialists, and your own professional network to nurture existing and develop new relationships to close high value opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy to maximize revenue and market share within the region and where appropriate, globally

  • Oversee the development of new and existing relationships with GSI and SP partners, driving revenue growth

  • Help to develop joint value exchange and joint go-to-market strategies America wide.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns on a global basis.

  • Collaborate with leadership on the development of the hybrid cloud and cloud service provider model growth strategy

Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of professionals to deliver at or above quota - delivering the America sales number overall

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in the region, and of the regional team, taking the steps necessary to grow the business quarter by quarter.

  • Work closely with the wider team of Sales leadership, presales, marketing and sales operations.

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Proven in partner management, business development, gained initially as an individual contributor (I.C.) and more recently in a leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of the GSI and SP landscape.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Track record in developing and executing successful partner strategies that deliver growth.

  • Budget management and financial acumen.

  • Flexibility to travel 30% of the time.

  • Inspiring communication skills; verbal, written and presentation
