The Global Supply Network Planning Analyst is accountable for key activities in the global Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) processes, such as creating and consolidating key information for S&OP meetings' decks, running weekly/monthly reports of our planning parameters (demand, production or deployment requirements, etc.),preparing and consolidating reports for STEM decks, among others.

Other activities may include planning deployments from hub to regions, providing supply feedback to regions and demand feedback to sites, and supporting Deliver team with aging shipments and receiving priorities, all aiming to deliver on key performance indicators including customer service, inventory, and deployment attainment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather all data analytics to support decision management tools such as BO projection report, weekly publications, and Management decks.

• Support line item service targets and driving continuous improvements in this area.

• Analyze deployment requirements from hub to regions and send distribution orders to hub.

• Drive continuous improvements, S&OP adherence and compliance.

• Perform supply chain activities related to network planning (inventory allocations and available to promise) and optimizing inventory in the distribution network.

• Prepare supporting data for weekly meetings and the decks for S&OP meetings.

• Support demand and supply planning activities in the franchise by ensuring excellent data integrity.

• Build partnerships with business partners.

• Provide analytical and technical supply chain support for the assigned product portfolio and acting as a liaison between functions.

• Support the Supply Network Planners and Regional Partners with supply feedback on hub inventory availability and deployment allocation.
