As a Business Process Analyst for Columbia Sportswear Global Supply Chain you willbe responsible for helping improve operations and process capabilities for the NorthAmerica Ecommerce business. Thisposition will play a pivotal role in enhancing the consumer experience byimproving speed to deliver, reducing fulfillment operational costs andrecommending new processes to bring Columbia to the future. This role will also be responsible for collaboratingwith teams to develop, execute, and create new and improved processes andcapabilities. This is a hands-on role where initiative, energy, and the ability to buildrelationships and work across functions and third parties are critical tosuccess.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead business projects to improveefficiency in the ecommerce supply chain such as opportunities to increasespeed to ship, speed to deliver, reduce operations and freight costs and optimizepackaging in order to provide a superior consumer experience

  • Apply network modelling to evaluate the impact ofecommerce decisions such as fulfillment sites, supplier/vendor/carrier selection and returns improvements

  • Partner with internal logisticsdepartment on implementing the latest innovation on improving shipping andfulfillment options

  • Partner with the digitaltechnology team to implement consumer facing changes related to optimizing fulfillmentoptions

  • Lead group and individual cross functional sessions togather and elicit information on supply chain business processes and to alignprocesses with changing business conditions

  • Responsible for DTC/OMNI business process and data flowsto identify gaps, key integration points, and validate issues

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop andimplement functional and/or technical solutions to achieve the desired endstate

  • Accountable for functional testing activities, includingwriting end-to-end scenarios, data coordination and preparation, testexecution, defect follow-up, and resolution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred, or equivalent work experience

  • 3-5+ years' experience in ecommerce operations within a omni channel environment

  • Experience designing, testing, and implementing IT solutions and new business processes throughout the supply chain

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative problem solving abilities in fulfillment, operations and ecommerce, incorporating financial, quality, and consumer satisfaction considerations

  • Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment and individually, across various teams and levels within the organization

  • Ability to make judgment decisions and demonstrate consistent follow through

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail
