The Global Strategic Programs Analyst will report to the Senior Director of Global Strategic Programs.

The incumbent will leverage data, analytics and communication to improve Global and Regional Supply Chain processes and performance. Routine engagement with Regional and Site Supply Chain Leadership Teams and Global and Regional Analytics Leaders is expected.
Translate Data & Analytics into business insights by working with the Global Supply Chain Analytics Center of Excellence and Regional Supply Chain Teams
Support the Global and Regional Journey to Excellence Teams on standardization and improve current processes
Support the Supply Chain function in continue to develop a learning culture by managing training and development systems and tools
Manage the Global Supply Chain Functional communication strategy in partnership with Global Organizational Effectiveness team which includes collaboration with Regional and Site Supply Chain teams
Analyze automated and manual data sets to present back to Global and Regional JTE Leadership Teams
Bachelors in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics or related field
Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to deliver project outcomes on time and within budget
Strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and negotiate at all levels of the organization
Prior experience managing enterprise data sources to drive visibility of top losses
Familiarity with creating reports using Business Intelligence tools, e.g. SAP Hana and Tableau
Ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems and multi-task.
Basic Supply Chain, Finance and Business acumen.
Understanding of latest developments in the industry.
Strong business perspective; able to merge business questions/needs with available data to provide data-driven insights.
