We seek a results-focused, innovative, customer-centric well-qualified individual to join our talented team as a Strategic Account Manager, Medical. In this role, you will be expected to drive revenue growth and pipeline development year over year. You will align Dymax technologies with the needs of research and design centers, build top-to-bottom strategic account relationships, and partner with senior leadership buyers to match customer capabilities and savings with Dymaxs product portfolio. You will:

  • Create product interest, generate pipelines, and promote opportunities to sell by developing lasting, meaningful top-to-bottom strategic account relationships with economic buying influencers
  • Meet Dymax global revenue, sales, and organizational expectations by developing and maintaining global pricing and selling strategies that meet with Dymaxs goals and growth expectations
  • Exploit commercial differentiation to meet Dymaxs goals and growth expectations by promoting performance differentiators, cost-savings, and performance enhancements that win new business
  • Develop customer intimacy and in-depth knowledge of strategic accounts by mapping client organizational structures, product portfolios, key locations, partnerships, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and manage effective channel partner relationships
  • Establish blueprints for developing strategic accounts, building business opportunities, and aligning the Dymax portfolio with the most robust strategic account growth areas
  • Recognize and deliver against unmet client needs by capturing Voice of Customer feedback then working with product management and R&D to support the commercialization of new products


You should have:

  • BS/BA Degree essential, a more advanced credential preferred
  • Excellent knowledge and experience working with Salesforce and ERP systems, preferable JD Edwards E1
  • 10+ years of experience in handling and managing large strategic accounts and proven experience developing account relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be self-directed and operationally productive without constant supervision

This is a place where you can stay way ahead as you do your life's best work.SM ProHealth Physicians, Torrington Primary Care has an immediate opening for a friendly, patient focused and detail oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. This is a full time (40 hours/8 hour shifts) position. The office is open approx. from 8am to 5:30pm, Monday - Friday. Schedule to be determined upon hire by the Practice Manager. May be asked to cover at sister practices nearby. Primary Responsibilities: * Schedule and coordinate with nurse appointment requests for urgency according to approved protocols consistent with ProHealth's Appointment and Scheduling Guidelines. Consult a medical assistant or licensed clinician for clinical decision making whenever necessary * Use call processing and other applicable functionality in the EHR to take messages and communicate with clinicians * Greet patients and conduct check-in process * Monitor daily reminder call logs to reschedule appointments as needed * Scan and index documents into the EHR; ensure that necessary documents, lab results, etc. are available in advance of patient visits * Close payment batch(es) at the end of each shift, assemble and balance batch(es) according to ProHealth cash control procedures * Maintain knowledge of current OSHA and ProHealth policies * Assist coworkers as needed to assure smooth office operation and delivery of excellent service through teamwork * Perform other duties as assigned You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: * High school graduate or GED equivalent * Basic computer literacy * You will be provisioned with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and are required to perform this role with patients and members on site, as this is an essential function of this role * Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with an electronic health record * Knowledge of medical terminology * 1 year of Office Administrative/Receptionist/Clerical experience in a fast-paced medical environment * Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, etc. * Knowledge of ICD - 10 and CPT coding * Bilingual Spanish Careers with Optum.
