The Stock Plan Services Analyst will work in close partnership with internal Amazon and Whole Foods Market stakeholders to deliver, administer, and communicate equity to Whole Foods Market team members globally. The Stock Plan Analyst will own all day-to-day processes associated with the Amazon equity granted to Whole Foods Market team members. This includes, but is not limited to:

Data management/error reconciliation between Whole Foods' Workday system and the Amazon Stock team's Equity Management System (EMS)

Monitoring and tracking of transfers between Amazon and Whole Foods to ensure applicable awards remain outstanding

Execute Amazon leave of absence and part-time policies for Whole Foods team members who change status and/or take unpaid leave

Manage processing of RSU releases for Whole Foods team members worldwide, working directly with the Amazon Stock team to ensure transactions are taxed and processed accurately

Primary support for Whole Foods payroll, tax and accounting teams to ensure that RSUs are accurately processed and reported

Reconcile stock transactions to ensure accurate income reporting/tax withholding globally

Support new award issuance administration for both new hires and ongoing RSUs for Whole Foods team members and any M&A related activity as needed.

Support the accurate data flow of insider trading codes and act as a point of contact for the Amazon legal team as it related to Whole Foods insider trading issues

  • Respond to inquiries from Whole Foods team members, internal and external teams

Partner with Amazon Stock and Whole Foods Compensation teams to develop, maintain and deliver customized communications and resources

Provide tactical and analytic support to management

Ad hoc projects as assigned

VIEW JOBS 10/30/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-01-28T00:00 is seeking an experienced Stock Plan Compliance Manager to join our Global Stock Plan Administration team in Seattle WA. This hands-on individual contributor role will partner extensively with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage and execute on all regulatory requirements and reporting for Amazon's global stock plans. Qualified candidates need to have stock plan compliance experience in addition to prior experience with implementing new strategies and mechanisms for program and project management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, works effectively with internal and external contacts, has proven abilities to manage critical projects concurrently and through to successful completion, and enjoys the challenges of developing and improving processes in a highly dynamic environment. The successful candidate must demonstrate critical thinking skills, a strong focus on attention to detail with sound judgement, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for customer service. Global travel will be required. Core Responsibilities: * Manage global stock plan reporting and compliance-related activities. * Recognize the implications of new or changing regulations, and recommend changes to ensure program design and administration is compliant globally. * Lead development on compliance initiatives and related change management plans. * Partner with internal and external business partners to research, provide input and recommendations on compliance initiatives and policies. * Develop compliance-related proposals and implementation plans including communications, FAQs, process documentation, and other related written work. * Design and implement assessment strategies, conduct on-site and virtual compliance audits, draft audit reports detailing methodology, results, and remediation plans. * Perform audits and compliance reviews including developing reporting and processes to communicate methodology, results, and remediation plans. * Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and develop plans on how to prevent and mitigate similar situations in the future. * Develop and maintain an inventory of country-specific reporting obligations; track regulatory changes with impacts to stock administration programs and policies. * Serve as a subject matter expert on global equity compliance obligations and work closely with leadership, process owners, Legal, HR, Finance Operations, Payroll and Global Expansion teams.
