The Stock Plan Services Analyst will work in close partnership with internal Amazon and Whole Foods Market stakeholders to deliver, administer, and communicate equity to Whole Foods Market team members globally. The Stock Plan Analyst will own all day-to-day processes associated with the Amazon equity granted to Whole Foods Market team members. This includes, but is not limited to:

Data management/error reconciliation between Whole Foods' Workday system and the Amazon Stock team's Equity Management System (EMS)

Monitoring and tracking of transfers between Amazon and Whole Foods to ensure applicable awards remain outstanding

Execute Amazon leave of absence and part-time policies for Whole Foods team members who change status and/or take unpaid leave

Manage processing of RSU releases for Whole Foods team members worldwide, working directly with the Amazon Stock team to ensure transactions are taxed and processed accurately

Primary support for Whole Foods payroll, tax and accounting teams to ensure that RSUs are accurately processed and reported

Reconcile stock transactions to ensure accurate income reporting/tax withholding globally

Support new award issuance administration for both new hires and ongoing RSUs for Whole Foods team members and any M&A related activity as needed.

Support the accurate data flow of insider trading codes and act as a point of contact for the Amazon legal team as it related to Whole Foods insider trading issues

  • Respond to inquiries from Whole Foods team members, internal and external teams

Partner with Amazon Stock and Whole Foods Compensation teams to develop, maintain and deliver customized communications and resources

Provide tactical and analytic support to management

Ad hoc projects as assigned

These services provide executive-level insights, and provide field sales with status and opportunities. The Data & Analytics team requires a Tableau Developer ("Viz Artist") to contribute to the creation and maintenance of data visualizations, respond to the Data & Analytics customers (Motorola regions and executive staffs), support the Data & Analytics staff with report and dashboard development, and engage with the Motorola Solutions Tableau Community to assist with guidance and recommendations with their own visualizations. In summary, this position provides support over a wide range of activities to the Data & Analytics team. Position Duties: * Create, maintain, publish, and permission Tableau reports and dashboards * Develop Tableau visualizations at the direction of senior Data & Analytics staff * Implement access controls and role permissioning * Create data sources from different data systems, including, but not limited to MySQL, Salesforce, Oracle, Google Sheets, Excel files, AWS Redshift (skill sets in these areas will be developed) * Publish data sources for specific dashboards or general access * Provide support as needed to regional sales operations leads and executive teams with Tableau report and dashboard interpretations and modifications * Document workbooks and data source for new and existing reports as required * Participate in the Motorola Tableau User Group community to assist with general questions regarding published reports and data sources, within reason of available time to support report development * Continue learning new Tableau capabilities and introducing techniques and features to the rest of the team Specific Knowledge/Skills: * Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with ability to work under short deadlines * Identifies and takes positive action to continuously improve personal performance * Possess critical thinking and investigation skills * Ability to foster effective working relationships and build consensus * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required * Experience/knowledge of the 2-way radio market a plus Motorola Solutions Seattle WA
