About the Role

Workday is looking for a Global Souring Manger to support our People and Corporate Services Sourcing Team. This person will be responsible to help develop and support global category strategies and understand the business/company requirements to improve value and partner with business team members.

Categories this role will support include: Real Estate, Workplace, Professional Services, Legal, HR Services and Software.

Responsibilities

• Learn the end-to-end Sourcing process of crafting and leading category strategies, spend and market analysis, running RFx's, negotiating contracts and pricing, and supplier management

• Using deep sourcing and vendor management experience within the Indirect procurement space, operate at ALL levels of the organization and move seamlessly from strategic to tactical

• Utilizing a keen eye for detail, provide insights based on market conditions and trends, investigate innovative methods optimize value from goods and service providers, improve the decision-making process, and increase the flow of information

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Procurement / Supply Chain / Sourcing role

• BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Business or analytical subject area

• Experience supporting corporate sourcing categories (Real Estate, Workplace, Professional Services, Legal, HR Services and/or Software).

Other Qualifications

• Familiarity with standard procurement concepts, practices, and procedures

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Possess a positive demeanor, excellent communication and analytical skills

• Demonstration of critical thinking, ability to question the output of a financial model and consider options for improvement

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.GA.Atlanta

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $100,700 USD - $151,100 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $95,700 USD - $175,900 USD
