The Global Signage Program Manager role is part of a JLL team working closely with one of our most dynamic & fast-growing Fortune 100 clients. This role provides strategic support and oversees for the development of the client's real estate signage program.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain global signage standards adhering to GREF brand guidelines for design, installation, materials, and placement.

  • Provide consistent program management and support with respect to global signage standards.

  • Lead special projects as necessary for global development.

  • Design change management for communications to customers that provide updates to standards.

  • Drive the program to improve client experience while providing relevant, consistent and measurable data collection.

  • Ensure global SLA's and SOPs are met.

  • Manage governance of guidelines, playbooks, and SOPs

  • 3rd party vendor relationship building

  • Partner with key stakeholders in each region

Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders

  • Maintain GREF brand books and update signage catalog with new standards.

  • Vendor engagement and evaluation

  • Provide support for delivery of all signage projects

Execution:

  • Create production-ready, high-quality design files using appropriate software.

  • Documents and presents region specific KPI's SLA's and data.

  • Develops and proposes innovative ideas

  • Engages with stakeholders for project deployment.

  • Meets regularly with team members to ensure they are engaged, connected and informed

Governance:

  • Ensure global guidelines and playbooks are being implemented regionally.

  • Remove roadblocks for implementation of initiatives and cross functional business processes

  • Document and report variances to standards

  • Sustain global SLAs/SOPs, driving program through data collection and measurable client experience

Shared:

  • Informs client and account leadership on execution strategy success and team improvement actions

  • Consults with client and account leadership to strategize quality and efficiency improvements

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, program team member and vendor partners to manage escalations.

Skills / Experience

Program Management

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing programs across a global portfolio including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Design Proficiency

  • Technical design background with knowledge and experience working with architectural drawings. Required experience working with Adobe software packages; Illustrator, InDesign and Creative Suite.

Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally with varied cultures and sensitivities.

Strategic Planning: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to develop and implement global program initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.

Governance: Experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), client reporting, vendor management and contractual administration

Change Management: Ability to drive and manage change effectively within a global context, including process improvements and organizational transformations. Ability to deal with complexity, ambiguity and deliver steering through challenges.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions.

Resource Management: Experience in resource allocation and management to ensure efficient utilization of resources across global programs.

Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Graphic Design, Architecture and/or 7+ years of relevant or demonstrated design experience in corporate environment

Estimated compensation for this position is:

122,200.00 - 177,200.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
