This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team in the Invoice to Cash (I2C) process area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services, and compliance-in a J&J way-to our Operating Companies around the world.

The Global Services TransAct Senior Analyst

• Invoice to Cash, Credit and Reporting, is responsible for service delivery of I2C sub-process functions related to Credit Management and Reporting serviced by GS Finance in J&J.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo

2.Maintain Operational Excellence

• Bring relevant end to end process expertise for project deployment

• Participate in selected design workshops, fit gap discussions, and explore solutions

• Support the creation of testing plans/scenarios

• Conduct testing activities throughout all cycles of relevant process areas (BST, UAT, Production Cutover, Defect Resolution) includes preparing relevant data, providing test cases, validating tests and transition to run state

• Support data cleansing and clearing activities

• Collaboration with Global MDM Team to ensure seamless end to end finance master data

• Collaboration with GPO Team to ensure alignment with process, policies and procedures

• Preparation of documentation (Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Desk Top Procedures)

• Training for the new processes to the Operational team

• Handle sustainability related process issues

• Perform root cause analysis and ensure corrective action plan is executed

• Support legacy team on interim processes during peak periods.
