The Global Service Delivery Leader will be responsible for continuous improvement in transactional and service agreements, while providing leadership to global teams to drive operational excellence. In addition, you will actively participate in the development and execution of our service growth strategy, while continuing to reinforce a safety culture and conduct services activities in compliance with local and industry regulations.
In addition, you will:
Be responsible for fostering a safety culture
Lead the development of digital tools for Maintenance and Field Service transactional activities
Lead Six Sigma process improvements
Lead the development and execution of BHGE's Subsea Drilling Systems Services growth strategy
Be responsible for building strong long-term relationships with key customers in the region
Lead resource management globally for the Services organization
Lead efforts to drive profitability for transactional services and long-term service agreements
Act as a single point of contact for compliance inquiries
Interface regularly with Product Family Leaders to review maintenance strategy, feedback for improvements, and service reliability
Lead cross-functional rigor, driving alignment for long term service agreements
Be responsible for minimizing and managing risk in the Services portfolio
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 8 years of experience in a field service position)
10+ years Oil Industry experience, with at least 2 years experience in program management
Experience with and operational background in Well Control Systems
Engineering degree preferred, or commensurate working and professional experience
Track record of identifying, developing and executing business critical initiatives and strategies
Possesses strong passion for ensuring voice of customer is included in solutions
Ability to think clearly and communicate effectively with customers, Field Service personnel and cross functionally within BHGE organization.
Strong knowledge on BHGE Drilling Subsea Products (Drill-through equipment)
Ability to lead and influence cross-functionally.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
