This is a global role responsible for leading a strategic, integrated approach across Education, Training, Learning and Development space for Global Security organization at Facebook.

Lead the assessment of the learning needs of Global Security population based on current and future strategic plans, as well as immediate requirements.
Design and enhance current curriculum to meet the needs of our organization.
Design, launch and optimize relevant, meaningful, globally applicable educational and training campaigns.
Be a strategic thought partner to our HRBP, Learning & Development and Diversity teams at Facebook, and lead relevant Global Security-wide initiatives in support of their strategy.
Assist our HRBP with developing the organization's culture, leadership skills and competencies.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment of training strategy and tactics.
Design, implement and optimize high quality training and workshops customized for all the relevant audiences within Global Security and beyond.
Develop, implement and monitor standards for training and aligning training practices and principles across our organization.
Implement multi-faceted leadership development and mentoring programs.
Update and maintain employee and contingent worker on-boarding programs.
Design and maintain boot camps and creative but sustainable training and education programs for Global Security.
Utilize learning management systems to effectively deliver high-quality, engaging programs.
Develop programs and processes that meet our brand objectives and coordinate their rollout globally.
Continually assess the organization's training needs and provide appropriate feedback for innovation.
Incorporate and inspire a culture of recognition for the organization.
Provide support to all the Facebook Business Resource Groups within Global Security and beyond.
Create an empowering, exciting work environment to maximize productivity, and job satisfaction.
Knowledge of adult learning principles, training design concepts, and platforms
Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at different levels of the organization
Experience with strategic insight to dedicate time to initiatives
Proven experience of designing, launching and optimizing multiple Training & Development programs from start to finish
Ability to work in an unstructured environment
