The Global Security Operations Quality & Program Manager leads and directs a team in identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining security processes, practices, and policies throughout the Global Security Operations organization. At full scope, the Quality & Program Manager will lead a team to continually audit existing protocols, processes, and programs to ensure operational efficiency, alignment, and the implementation of best practices globally.
This role must use their analytical and organizational skills to support the execution of global projects that improve Global Security Operational capabilities. This role will utilize their project management experience to coordinate and/or support cross-functional programs and projects related to security operations, program management and crisis management. This role will direct a dynamic global cross-functional team through the continuous improvement and oversight of a governance framework while maintaining coordination with partners to ensure global program compliance and consistent application.
GLOBAL SECURITY OPERATIONS QUALITY & PROGRAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop relationships with partners internal and external to Global Security Operations
Build and lead a team in the operation of a center-of-excellence program
Build, establish, implement and verify compliance with security programs across the security operations spectrum
Developing and executing a strategy to advance the security program
Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across the company
Develop and maintain strong positive relationships with key internal partners, including executive leadership, functional business areas, and site leadership
Synthesizes complex or diverse information
collects and researches data
uses intuition and experience to complement data
Direct staff in identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining security processes, practices, and policies throughout the organization to reduce risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure and liability
Lead subordinate managers and/or other external resources
Willingness to travel approximately 10-20%
Leadership skills: minimum of five years leading geographically dispersed team members in multiple countries/regions
Sound judgement & experience working independently with minimal oversight
Experience building partnerships and work collaboratively cross-functionally
Solid understanding of physical and reputational risk factors and methods for mitigating such risk
Experience influencing in the absence of direct lines of authority over others
Proven time management and experience competently juggling numerous competing priorities
Effective communications skills
Proven experience working at both strategic and tactical levels, not afraid to dive into detail and execute as needed
Knowledge in fiscal discipline and experience managing large budgets
Highly adaptable, creative, entrepreneurial, demonstrated commitment to Facebook's core values
Advanced degree in Security, Education, Business Administration or similarly applicable field
A Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Physical Security Professional (PSP) certifications or advanced degree preferred
Deep understanding and experience influencing the creation of quality metrics
Public company experience strongly preferred
