As a Program Manager for Devices and Services, you will collaborate with GSRS on providing clear communication to Devices and Services Leadership and their extended teams, providing security to Googlers, workplaces, and products, and creating innovative security strategies for the future.

As the Global Security and Resilience Program Manager, you will be a GSRS representative, accountable for delivery and performance of all our services and functions. You are a business consultant, who will find solutions and craft credible plans to allow the business to execute without concern for security and safety.

From keeping Googlers safe and secure to managing disruptive events, the ability to anticipate, deter, detect, and act are the pillars of Google's Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team. As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in security and risk management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in conducting investigations, including criminal, human resources, and safety incidents.

  • Experience with standard software applications for communications, productivity, and presentation.

  • Experience in supply chain security, such as involving with CTPAT, TAPA, AEO, and other trade security initiatives.

  • Experience in delivering high quality, customer-oriented security programs.

  • High ethical standards and excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy, with ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.

  • Ability to stay detail-oriented and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills.

  • Oversee and coordinate global security and resilience efforts for the Devices and Services product area, including supply chain security, physical security, safety, intelligence, threat/risk analysis, investigations, executive protection, and disruptive event management.

  • Identify product area resilience needs and develop procedures to ensure that Google can pursue and sustain operations anywhere it chooses to go.

  • Serve as a visionary leader, driving partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, law enforcement, and government agencies and ensuring continued efficient operations and safety for a large multinational, publicly traded brand.

As manager, you will work closely with multiple Google teams, taking the global physical security program to the next level of service excellence. You will ensure all audits and supply chain standards are aligned with Global GSRS standards, managed to our quality control requirements and adhere to service level expectations across the vendor pool. You'll contribute experience in third-party risk management; a track record of delivering successful, measurable security audit and program outcomes; and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. In this role, you'll demonstrate experience in supply chain security gained within a large organization and will be solution oriented. Finally, you posses excellent organizational skills and attention to detail as well as significant customer relationship management experience. You'll comfortably build positive internal and cross-functional partnerships and inspire trust from their colleagues and clients.
