What you do will do

Assist Global Program Coordinator, System Applications Engineers (AE) and Strategic Account Managers (SAM) in the pre-sales activities necessary to support a large global strategic account in the USA and in the security domain. This is a role that requires multi-opportunity pre-sales coordination. This role will serve as an administrative support resource for the engineering and sales team in the activities necessary for the creation and delivery of estimates, proposals and other pre-sales deliverables. This role will serve as an intermediary and facilitator between the engineering teams (GCOE based), surveyors and the sales team. This role will be responsible for a high volume of activity that is time sensitive in nature.

How will you do it

Responsible for the sf.com opportunity and case creation of all opportunities
Ensure that all of the opportunity information and documents are available for the engineering team to work on the design / engineering efforts necessary
Follow up with customer in regards to proposals, estimates and other pre-sales materials
Coordinate and work with engineering teams for the creation of a bill of materials (BOM)
This role is responsible for the Compass account creation
This resource will create Compass estimate based on BOM / SOW created by the engineering teams
For international projects create Initial Pricing Sheet with standardized global pricing (when applicable) and work with JCI regional / country POC for local pricing to be completed
Follow up with JCI regional / country POC for local pricing
Review and question local pricing feedback to ensure pricing and equipment in alignment with global standardized pricing
Finalize proposal according to approved Global Format
Notify SAM / customer of any deviations from Global/Regional Standard
Submit Proposal to SAM / customer
If revisions required on proposal, coordinate design revision requests SAM/customer
Facilitate design revision needs to engineering team
Email revised design to SAM / Customer
Receive and/or chase design approval from customer
Work regional / country teams if needed on revision of proposal
Submit revised proposal to SAM/customer
Track and report on all pre-sales activities and milestones to program coordinator, program manager, SAM and/or customer

Demonstrated administrative / data entry skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision with attention to detail
Ability to be a team player at all levels
Word processing, database, spreadsheet and presentation software
Ability to handle multiple priorities

Associates Degree or College degree

Job Description: At Regions, the Private Wealth Management Trust Support Administrator will oversee the administration of Individually Managed Accounts (IMA), Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA), custody, trust, and estate, ensuring account administration follows the fiduciary program and procedures. Primary Responsibilities * Conducts Annual Administrative and Compliance Reviews for clients in conjunction with the assigned Trust Advisor * Supplies Portfolio Manager with documentation of non-standard asset reviews for Annual Investment reviews * Leads the investment review exceptions process * Remains abreast with industry trends to ensure prudent administration and investment management * Oversees the account opening process for all new Investment Management and Trust (IM&T) business * Facilitates the non-discretionary distribution process, communicating with Trust Advisors when necessary * Facilitates the discretionary distribution process with approval authority of $25,000 or less, communicating with Trust Advisors when necessary * Handles annual tax coordination, fee set up, and daily cash management * Supports Trust Advisors' retention and expansion of trust and investment management clients * Takes responsibility for ensuring all accounts comply with applicable internal programs and procedures * May take responsibility for smaller, less complex IMA, IRA, custody, and trust accounts This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
