We are looking for an individual to lead the Sales Incentive design implementation in alignment with business directives & strategic goals. In this newly established role, you will define and implement business specific initiatives as well as share functional inputs to corporate design and execution. You will report to the Global Head of Performance & Reward, Industrial Automation.
Engaging with key stakeholders as a trusted partner and valued advisor; to understand business drivers and define future design principles
Identifying the right strategies to develop & deliver innovative sales incentive compensation solutions
Leading an internal landscape assessment of existing internal programs and external benchmark to identifying opportunities to streamline & simplify
Embedded global best practices and drive operational effectiveness through a robust KPI driven reward structure and process improvement.
Providing expert advice and support to the HR & Sales teams on the use of policies & programs.
Partnering with Performance & Reward to research market trends and actively contribute ideas on innovating variable pay compensation
Overseeing the implementation of all sales incentive plans and initiatives, to ensure compliance with legislation, policies and local compliance
Collaborating effectively with HR and business teams to execute all incentive plan initiatives
Demonstrating ABB's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for colleagues and business.
A seasoned manager with at least 5+ of experience and understanding of variable pay compensation, especially incentive programs within the HR or Sales function
Proactive and results orientation, collaborative with strong business acumen
Ability to engage external and internal stakeholders as well as work effectively in a matrix environment
Strong data analysis skills, quality driven with high level of attention to detail
Strong interpersonal & communication skills; ability to actively listen, negotiate and influencing
Knowledge of local labor laws compliance, with understanding of associated confidentiality requirements
Strong academic credentials with university degree required
