Responsible for managing major accounts and shape the in the industrial and IoT marketplace. Manage and drive engineering designs in target accounts by successfully designing in NXP technology and driving projects to revenue.

Drive strategies towards the BL (i.e. roadmap development, alignment of support resources). Identify each project including system design services, technical support and global logistics. Manage and close sales opportunities through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy and planning. Create and align monthly and quarterly sales forecast, delivering revenue goals and ensuring on-time supply.

Facilitate development of solutions with the customer as a relationship, helping them design future products and being an ecosystem player in the customer buying group. Provide product requirements, decision criteria, roadblocks, and timeline budget. Manage strategic accounts and collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to close designs and successfully launch projects. 10% travel required to various customer sites including the Midwest and Southeast regions.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, foreign equivalent or related field.

Three (3) months of experience in job offered, Associate Consultant, or related occupation.

Required skills:

Position requires three (3) months of experience in:

  • Enterprise software systems;

  • Cloud computing systems;

  • Wireless communications technologies;

  • Linux, supply chain management; and

  • Semiconductor Market and technologies.

Offered Annual Salary: $105,000

The base salary range for this position is as mentioned below per year. We also provide competitive benefits, incentive compensation, and/or equity for certain roles.

Company benefits include health. dental, and vision insurance. 401(k), and paid leave. Please note that the base salary range (OR hourly rate) is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on a number of factors such as qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business and organizational needs.

This base pay range is specific to California and is not applicable to other locations. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range as of the date of this posting is:

$91,300 to $125,500 annually
