Job Description: Starting from the CX idea, define all the details of the various levels of customer experience throughout the store, creating briefs for executional work from key stakeholders
Create employee to customer experience design documentation and provide the key inputs into training and development teams for activation in the store. Strong focus on experience that sells dynamics Develop the experience idea at 4 levels:Level 0 Attract and Locate (i.e. Store windows)Level 1 Customer self-directed introduction to actual product experience and information
Level 2 Store employee transformation Level 3 Top-shelf, in-depth memorable and shareable experiences elevating product Creates experience design detailed briefs that they hand off to teams for execution. Product and Content Construction Graphics (Static and dynamic-video) Technology Training Defines how Bose will deliver excellent human CX in the store (human-to-human interaction, story telling, demo content, music services, brand storiesetc.)Sets the standard for what having a heart for the customer means and how this will live in the Retail.
