The job holder is responsible for managing the Global Portfolio Deployment Process, linking our Global 3-5 year plans to the local markets enabling the cascading of category strategies and initiatives, tracking market performance against category ambitions, managing dissemination of global launch initiatives and toolkits to markets, and working with the Regional Acceleration teams to plot the 5-year roadmap for roll-out of these initiatives globally.
Embedding our New Operating Model
Identify pain points as global teams/ regions/ markets adopt the new Operating Model and continue to drill down into more specific requirements needed to enhance ease of adoption.
Manage plan to deploy our new CBU (Category Business Unit) Ways of Working globally and track progress.
Provide assessment on whats working/ what needs improvement
Toolkit / Y+2 Charter Deployment
Manage the structure for guiding the Global Brand Managers (in collaboration with x-functional experts) to develop optimal charters and toolkits for our Global B launches, with strong view towards how the initiatives drive category growth and fulfill on the Retail Value Proposition
Manage the deployment to markets, as well as ensure ongoing ease of access of materials
Customer Engagement on Y+2 and Beyond Plans
Support the seamless collaboration between Global and Local plans to engage our top Strategic Customers in building our mid- to long-term CBU initiatives
Manage that all parties are on track to deliver the content needed for these Engagement session, communications are clear, and milestones towards delivery are fully on track
QuEST Stage Gate Process
Support in embedding the application of QuEST/ PPM globally and course correct as needed
Identifying the continuous improvement requirements to keep the systems current
Partner with R&D and S&OP+ in driving ongoing compliance and system use
Overall Management of cross-CBU priorities
Support the planning and execution of our semi-annual CBU Leadership Team meetings, in particular, the management of the General Session
Support the continuous improvement needs of QuEST/ PPM development
Management of annual 3-5yr Planning process
1.Education & Professional Qualifications
Bachelor degree, preferably Master degree
7+ years of previous job experience in Project Management, Activity Management or Customer Marketing
Exceptional in Project, Process and Portfolio management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of MS office and affinity with Systems
Level of role, Critical MLCs and Competencies
