A Global Project Coordinator is responsible for project coordination, day to day operations and supporting management through all phases of research programs. This position requires the candidate to work on-site at the client's offices at least 20 hours per week (be at the client's office at least half the day at a minimum, preferably full day). There would be client exposure and responsibility after initial onboarding.
The coordinator may be required to work on more than one Google program at a time and may also be asked to support other ad hoc projects as and when required and time permitting.
Essential Duties and Responsibility
Specific Responsibilities include:
Manage complex global program including day to day quality control, trouble shooting and field management tasks with little to no supervision. This includes the ability to confidently make decisions on key components of quality control procedures and fieldwork decisions.
Develop basic client deliverables (data files, site reports) and support team on design, execution and delivery of projects reports.
Work directly with the Senior Research Manager supervising the account to support in all on-going and ad hoc client deliverable needs
Conduct client meetings and conversations independently, after successful onboarding and reporting back to the Senior Research Manager on a regular basis
This role will require the coordinator be on site at the Google offices to administer "test failures" (otherwise known as test bugs) in the Google internal system which can only be accessed while on-site
Tracking fieldwork completion and client invoicing will also be a responsibility
Client Management & Business Development:
Ability to articulate basic communications to clients
Good level of understanding of client business, objectives and market positioning
Meet and communicate with the client in a professional manner, following up on requests on a timely basis while updating and collaborating with the GfK Consulting team (Senior Research Manager and VP) for optimal client service.
Experience and Skill:
A minimum of 2 years work experience, ideally but not required in an Operations/ Project Management/ Position
