As Program Manager:

  • Work with Program Sponsor to determine project scope and vision
  • Collaborate with Program sponsor, assigned project managers and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, define resources , budget and timeline according to desired outcome
  • Day to day management of the overall Program to ensure achievement of the outcomes outlined in the approved business case. This includes day to day the management of: Dependencies (sub-project dependencies, business impact management), Scope, Budget and Timeline, Risk, Quality, and Ongoing program benefits management
  • Management/co-ordination/direction of program level resources including: Project Managers, Project Team All Stakeholders and Vendors
  • Represent the Program at the Executive level when required
  • Facilitate negotiation for project level resourcing
  • Reporting on program status to the Steering Committees.
  • Oversight development and implementation of timely program plans including schedule, timetable, implementation plans and resource strategies in consultation with program stakeholders. Manage multi-disciplinary teams to perform the work in accordance with program scope and requirements.

As Solution Architect:

  • Provide architectural consulting advice, direction, and assistance to System Architects and Engineers
  • Collaborate with global solution engineering teams and architects to ensure synergy and consistency across solutions (in terms of technology and architecture)
  • Help evaluate and make decisions on technologies, tools and overall technology strategy



Skills and Experience:

  • Certified PMP and Scrum Master /Working knowledge of Agile Principles
  • Minimum of 10 to 12 years experience in project management disciplines, with experience planning and executing large projects and programs
  • Strong project management skills with experience in organizing, prioritizing, planning, and executing projects from definition through implementation, involving internal personnel and third-party contractors
  • Experience working in a highly dynamic and challenging environment
  • Experience with Travel industry and travel technologies is mandatory
  • Experience with managing large scale IT projects
  • Experience in matrix management environment
  • Requires in-depth experience with formal systems development methodology(ies) and ability to learn, utilize and improve the Project Management Life Cycle
  • Requires excellent communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment skills, strong supervisory skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with project team members, project sponsors, functional leads, and senior management
  • Requires strong experience using Microsoft Office applications (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.)
  • Requires working knowledge of Azure Devops / VSTS (Agile Tool)
  • Ability to schedule project meetings and accurately record meeting minutes.
  • Ability to work with business subject matter experts and technology specialist
  • Flexibility to travel as required to regional location
  • Drive and demonstrated success working independently in a virtual environment with Geographically dispersed teams
  • Excellent understanding of Multi-tiered architecture
  • Experience in Azure cloud based services and technologies
  • Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Strong written/oral communication skills with the ability to interact with partners globally
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
  • Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges, with a can-do attitude
  • Experience in developing and implementing web based solutions (Web App, Web APIs, Web Services)
  • Knowledge of logical and physical database architectures and operating systems
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver results
  • Experience in Agile, DevOps and Iterative development methodologies
