As a Portfolio Enablement Manager for our GenAI Assistant team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the business strategy, measuring outcomes, and tracking progress of our digital products.
You will be responsible for:
Tracking progress across Product Portfolio squads against key deliverables, KPIs
Setting business strategy based on user feedback, market activity, and measurable outcomes of product performance
Coordinating cross-functional teams to drive adoption and scaling of digital products
Preparing for key senior executive or other stakeholder meetings
The Product Portfolio Enablement Manager will:
Support the Product Portfolio in defining the business strategy, scope and KPIs/outcomes
Help the Product Portfolio Lead coordinate resourcing with Product Owners, Chapter Leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver on strategy
Drive alignment between Product Portfolio Squads, ensuring coordination across key activities and dependencies
Track Product Portfolio and squad level KPI performance & value realization
Support the preparation for Product Portfolio level strategy sessions, including Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews
Assist the Product Portfolio Lead with communications on Product Portfolio progress to key stakeholders
Manage financials for the Product Portfolio by liaising with Finance Business Partners
Partner with other HR and Recruiting to drive staffing across open roles

8-10+ years' relevant experience, working with cross-functional teams and solving complex problems for business functions with significant business impact
Proven track record of leading through influence without direct authority
Ability to build long-term relationships and confidence in building vision, roadmaps, budgets, priorities and objectives
Strong initiative and sense of leadership, experience leading teams and enabling change
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and ways of working with the ability to engage in Agile ceremonies to provide teams support with delivering on outcomes
Good understanding of technology enabled business transformation, Digital transformation, Organizational transformation, delivering enterprise-level IT and Digital projects
Knowledge of and interest in GenAI, AI, user-facing digital product market and trends
Experience working in collaboration with technical and functional areas
Experience and success in balancing product, change, people and external vendor management
Strong financial background with experience in managing Product Portfolio or organizational budgets
Proven track record of delivering expected business benefits on challenging initiatives
Ability to take initiative and find ways to get things done
Demonstrates both strong analytic and big picture capabilities in problem solving approaches
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team and brings a sense of urgency to the tasks at hand
Ability to successfully and effectively manage at both the detail and high levels across digital product initiatives
Ability to build trust and work collaboratively with senior leadership and stakeholders
Able to translate large, complex issues/objectives into effective work plans for self/others
Experience in consulting or with other professional services organization is a plus

Upholding digital product organization design principles by supporting staffing efforts in partnership with Product Portfolio leadership, HR and Recruiting for key roles across the Product Portfolio
Overseeing vendors and managed-service-providers, driving and delivering value through contract negotiation and optimization.

As the Product Portfolio Enablement Manager, you will closely collaborate across the organization with:
Product Portfolio Lead and Technical Area Lead to deliver strategic outcomes
Functional stakeholders and internal customers to help define and validate vision and priorities
Agile Coaches, Product Owners, Chapter Leads, Centers of Expertise and squad members to align cross-Product Portfolio initiatives and resolve dependencies/issues
Cross functional (HR, Finance, etc.) business partners who support and enable Agile Product Portfolios
