Role Summary:The Global Product Marketing Manager will be an integral part of the GE BioProcess team, supporting marketing activities associated with GEHC. This role is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel product marketing initiatives that differentiate the Fast Trak services program. This dynamic individual will collaborate across cross-functional teams to contribute to the overall growth of the global business.

Essential Responsibilities:
develop positioning and awareness of GEHC Fast Trak offering

  • execute marketing strategy in supporting the business growth objectives, working with stakeholders in product management, field and regional marketing, sales, technical modalities, R&D and operations
  • create marketing plans, including new product launches as well as current portfolio initiatives
  • develop and execute tactical marketing activities
  • generate market insights through market research including VOC feedback, monitoring and participating in industry activities
  • research, identify and develop unique digital tools and customer interfaces
  • analyze customer segments, competitors, industry trends, market opportunities and campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • partner with modality teams, product and field marketing to develop effective training materials, and other sales tools required
  • monitor and report metrics and operating mechanisms (e.g. web channels, asset utilization, etc)

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related science field

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing or related field in the life sciences

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Strong analytical and process skills

  • Team oriented ability to work well with globally diverse, cross-functional teams

  • Innovation ability to develop/execute on new ideas through collaboration

  • Strong drive and ability to work independently and run projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative messaging and tools with effective outcomes

  • Experience with AR, VR, or other digital assets

Desired Characteristics:- MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related science field

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, consulting or related field in Bioprocess

  • Life science and biopharmaceutical product/industry acumen

  • Marketing experience in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding

  • Experience in bioprocessing and/or automation in a life science environment
