GLOBAL PRODUCT MANAGER

Overview:

The Global Product Manager at Dynatect is responsible for driving worldwide growth for specific product groups. This role demands deep knowledge of products, applications, industry terminology, customers, and competitors. The successful candidate will formulate and execute Regional Growth Strategies across vertical markets and segments, such as OEM vs. MRO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global product strategies using market research, competitive insights, and collaboration.
• Manage product/project portfolios through market opportunity research, VOC, business case analysis, and product testing.
• Develop options around build/buy/partner decisions to extend product offerings, control costs, and meet market objectives.
• Manage profitable pricing decisions.
• Develop and manage global growth strategies and sales goals.
• Drive business growth through analytics on price, features, and relationships.
• Establish global pricing strategies to maximize margin and growth.
• Generate product line forecasts and manage lead times, stocking, and inventory plans.
• Improve quote-to-order processes for superior customer service.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of competitors and market sizes.
• Develop product training for sales teams and keep internal resources updated.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical product management experience within a manufacturing industry
• Previous management experience
• Experience developing and executing product strategy
• Bachelors Degree; Engineering Degree preferred

Location: New Berlin, WI

Salary: $125K - $140K commensurate with experienc
