Job TitleGlobal Product Manager, Home Mechanical Ventilation and Aireway Clearance
In this role you will have the opportunity to influence business plans and management communications by supporting small product development projects for new features.
You will develop detailed product specifications for a small portfolio, to achieve short term business results.
You are responsible for
Develop an intimate knowledge of global customer needs and competitors, identify global market trends and drivers, and formulate and execute a strategic marketing plan.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the payers and users worldwide, an in-depth clinical and technical knowledge of all products and services, and a thorough understanding of the global marketplace.
Obtain global customer requirements and product specifications via market research activities, market analysis, and on-going communication with global marketing and sales
Create key marketing documents to enable successful development (i.e. Idea Brief, Product Strategy Brief, MRD, Market Validation Plan, Product Launch Package)
Lead new product development for assigned product segment within the New Product Commercialization Process
Interact with cross-functional project team of engineering, quality, clinical, and global downstream marketing to develop impactful product launches.

This position resides in the Home Respiratory Care Business Unit within the Sleep and Respiratory Care Business group of Philips. Skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA preferred
Minimum 5 years in marketing, product development or related field
Experience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions business preferred
Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required.
Ability to synthesize market and customer feedback and existing and new products into solutions; comfortable with making tradeoffs, decisively
Proven communication skills and ability to influence colleagues
Experience delivering complex projects to meet demanding feature, cost, quality and introduction date targets
High-tech product launch experience (clinical experience a nice to have)
Experience in hardware and software product development, including quality and reliability techniques
