As the Global Product Manager for Perioperative Monitoring, you'll own and drive commercialization of our brain & hemodynamic monitoring portfolio -a market-leading set of solutions to support anesthesia providers in reducing long-term and costly complications after surgery.

This role is based in Boulder, CO. Remote within the continental United States may be considered for well-qualified candidates.

A Day in the Life

Product Marketing and Planning

• Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing programs to drive global adoption and sales of solutions like BIS and INVOS.

• Act as the single point of expertise for information on the product, target market and competitors - gather competitive intel and execute competitive campaigns to grow share.

• Create and manage detailed product management plans, including product launches, promotional activities, and sales initiatives to advance our value proposition.

Global Market and Customer Engagement

• Conduct market research and voice-of-customer activities to gather insights and feedback on needs to advance current portfolio.

• Act as the main point of contact between regional teams and global team on needs for product marketing, ensuring consistent and effective communication.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, industry experts, and internal teams.

Portfolio Management & Execution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, supply chain, and sales, to ensure seamless portfolio delivery.

• Monitor and report on portfolio performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

• Support the development and execution of pricing strategies to optimize margins and market share.

Travel approximately 25%

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by location.
