The Product Manager, edge solutions will be responsible for driving a portion of the roadmap and direction for campus and datacenter offerings, within HPE Aruba, the Networking division of Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Collaborating with engineering, sales and peer product managers, the PM will define the next generation of product capabilities and strategy with focus on.

1.Delivering customer value and differentiated capabilities in the data center and campus

2.Solutions first mindset with tight integration of hardware, software and other building blocks to drive "better-together" results

3.Building a rich set of capabilities for the next-generation-IT-user.

The PM should have grounding in the campus and datacenter space with deep technical depth in software and system architectures combined with knowledge of industry trends. They should have good business instincts and thrive in a fast-paced environment where there is an opportunity to disrupt and grow.

They will solve meaty problems associated all facets of Product Management that directly make a business impact. For the ideal candidate, this role will be a chance for significant personal growth while contributing to some of Aruba's biggest initiatives.

Some other requirements

Know Your Stuff: Domain expertise in datacenter and campus. Knowledge of system, applications and use-cases.

You will work in cross-functional teams to rapidly address customer complaints and to provide expert guidance to resolve product quality issues. What will you do? * Serve as a subject matter expert for Clinical microarray products in escalation and complaint case management * Design, implement, analyze, and interpret laboratory experiments in support of a complaint investigation and leading to the development of new approaches to support Clinical products. * Conduct computer-based data analysis to support field teams, sustaining activities and product development. * Research and implement new methods and technologies to improve the support of Clinical products * Communicate with the support teams and customers by email or webinar to provide information on product complaint investigations and resolutions, and updates related to product performance. * Represent Support function on Product Development Core teams and complaint investigations. * Provide internal trainings as needed and assist with development of training materials. * Participate in process and operation improvement opportunities. * Develop appropriate documents (i.e. QCs, SOPs, instruction manuals, documents required, etc.) and comply with company quality management systems, policies, and procedures. How will you get here? Education * B.S. in Biological or Chemical sciences required. M.S. or Ph.D. preferred. Experience * Minimum of 8 years post-baccalaureate experience in life sciences required. * Previous experience with DNA microarrays and/or DNA sequencing methods and data analysis. * Experience in a clinical laboratory setting and familiarity with regulatory processes is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. * Ability to operate effectively in a highly dynamic and fast-paced global environment to resolve urgent complaints from Clinical customers. * Enjoy working collaboratively in a highly matrixed team environment with both internal and external groups. * Communicate effectively with technical support teams, product development teams, marketing and commercial teams.
