About the job

The Cross Media Solutions team's mission is to help advertisers achieve their marketing objectives across all of Google Ads with innovative, simple and effective Google solutions like Performance Max campaigns. Lead generation is a critical marketing objective for millions of advertisers around the world from a diverse range of industries (Financial Services, Automotive, SaaS, etc). The Lead Generation Ads team is responsible for product strategy and commercialization of Google's Lead generation ads solutions across standalone surfaces. (e.g., Search)

You are a strategic, dynamic and will help shape the future of lead generation ads. You will work on a team tasked to pivot our products and go-to-market strategy from a product first approach. In this role, you will own the product strategy and commercialization of lead generation ads across product areas such as measurement, bidding and formats.

Working closely with teams across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Policy, you will bring together market and competitive intelligence to shape the product roadmap, drive adoption of key metrics and deliver value for advertisers. You will think strategically about how to frame and execute on 10x bets while driving wins on the ground with what is available today.

As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products.   • Manage cross-functional senior stakeholders to ensure transparent and seamless communication and feedback channels across Sales and Product

Experienced, dedicated technical product manager sought to manage a team that owns and support the processes that drive business outcomes with customers, especially around Leads generated from Marketing being passed to Sales. As a Global Lead Management Manager you are responsible for driving the end-to-end design, roadmap, implementation plans and documentation for lead management programs. You serve as the key technical leader in identification and validation of user requirements, aligning all systems teams to a common roadmap and deliver best in class processes and product to your customers. You are responsible for organizing and coordinating the work of several teams within Salesforce to ensure customer user stories are being delivered, and system performance is maintained. You also assist the organization in developing complex, yet easy to understand programs accompanied by robust documentation and training. This role develops inventive solutions to improve sales productivity, drive best practices in marketing automation, enable lead management enhancements, manage data governance across systems, and lead the reporting and analytics used to consistently refine and improve sales and marketing programs. As the technical product owner for the CRM and marketing automation systems, you are responsible for the product roadmap to support the global marketing team's strategic initiatives and on-going operations as it relates to your programs. You provide technical leadership for software development lifecycle activities including requirements, impact analysis, system architecture, technical development and testing, technical support and administration. Strong preference for this role to be in Seattle, WA, but also open to SF Bay Area, Los Angeles, Dallas, Austin, Houston, Chicago, Salt Lake City, Detroit, Atlanta, NYC, Boston and Arlington, VA. Relocation offered from within the US only to these locations.
