Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6 years of experience in program management, management consulting, or sales operations within internet/media.

  • Experience presenting recommendations to internal/external stakeholders at executive level, and leading implementation across multiple cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with strategic consulting, partnerships support, and market research.

  • Experience with project management and delivering initiatives on-time.

  • Ability to define ideas and strategies, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, written and verbal communication, and influencing skills.

About the job

The YouTube Business Product Activation Team is responsible for bringing products to market and works with both business and product leaders to develop, launch, and land YouTube products across the partner and creator ecosystem. The team designs go-to-market strategies, ensures launch readiness, works to prioritize product adoption opportunities for creators, understand needs of partners and creators to build product roadmaps, and track performance. The Cross-Product Activation team's mission is to enable GTM strategies for products through prioritization, scaling product feedback, and delivering partner-facing collateral.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage GTM program, support quarterly planning across YouTube product areas and coordinate process timelines, expectations, and deliverables across cross-functional Business teams (e.g., Support Operations teams, Marketing, Central Planning and Operations, etc.) .

  • Build and lead operational and process improvements across Product Activation to measure and ensure program improvements to meet business and product needs.

  • Oversee Priority Activations programs for product launches that require Content Partnerships teams to outreach managed partners.

  • Lead organization communication channels that are distributed across YouTube business and cross-functional teams.

  • Collaborate on Creator Acquisition Programs (CAC) to ensure delivery of CAC payments and compliance within Finance policies.
