Global Procurement System Administration Business Analyst III

The Global Procurement System Administration Business Analyst III reporting to the Director Global Procurement will assist our global site teams with analysis of all supply chain impacts from the critical business processes within our global procurement processes.
Support the global procurement processes with analysis on: Material Availability, Forecasts, Inventory, Risks, Scenario Planning/What if's, Supply Chain Metrics, Commodity Spend data, etc
System Support: Becomes the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on procurement processes, supply chain related data, SAP data extraction and reporting. Creates process documentation, provides training, and preforms audits (IT systems & manual processes) for materials operational and business intelligence systems.
Sharepoint Site Administration: Manage reports, Lists, Workflows, Site Privileges, SAP sandbox maintenance.
IT System Management: Maintain and update workflow tables, set-up new vendors data, monitor and intervene as needed to maintain Vendor FTP data for serialized subcomponents
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop/ implement solutions.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Perform supply chain analysis as assigned.
Develop Dashboards for consolidated view of key metrics.
Automate reporting tools for repeatability.
Manage special projects as assigned and meet deadlines.
Handle multiple tasks under dynamic conditions/constraints requiring teaming across a global team.
Establish as SME in procurement metrics across more than 7 global sites.
Creation of procurement forecasting tools that continually improve the accuracy of data.
Work with global team to consolidates global procurement data & analysis.
Creation of Excess & Obsolete Inventory analysis.
Detailed measurement and analysis of Procurement drivers such as: message volume and volatility (push, pull, cancel), engineering change orders, material changes, schedule movement, supplier commits, etc.
Ability to analyze trends and research root cause of material problems and suggest corrective actions
In-depth knowledge of procurement methods across supply chain functions (supply, demand, inventory, costs, delivery, quality)
A comprehensive and working knowledge of business systems (e.g., SAP), databases, and other computer applications
Strong interpersonal skills needed to be able to communicate with global teams (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT Technical Support, or Others)
Advanced analytical skills
Knowledge of financial systems and how aligned with supply chain processes
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Technical Studies, or Analytics.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, materials management, purchasing or other supply chain discipline
Extensive knowledge of SAP transactions and reports
Prior work experience with procurement management and analysis
APICS training and certification desirable
Advanced skills with Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint and Access databases
FP&A reporting (Financial Planning & Analysis)
General office and manufacturing environment
Must be able to work independently with general direction, able to determine specific requirements of each assignment without detailed instruction.
