What you get to do:
Serve as end-to-end manager of Premise's payments operations, from technical integration to global user network.
Grow Premise's list of available global payment providers.
Serve as Premise's primary point of contact with range of global payment providers. Serve as internal liaison between Premise's Engineering and Operations/User Support teams with regard to payment provider integration and management.
Negotiate fee structures and compliance requirements with payment providers.
Closely collaborate with Insights team to develop and track KPIs around payments transaction success.
Develop robust internal mechanism for triaging failed payments and proactively supporting affected users.
Your background likely includes:
Successful track record of managing relationships with external technical partners
Several years of experience in digital payments or fintech space
Ability to easily convey complicated technical concepts to non-technical teams
Problem-solving mentality: ability to quickly assess an issue and develop and execute on strategy for addressing it
Passion for creating greater transparency in the world, particularly in developing economies
1-2 years of operations or product management experience at a technology company
Experience using SQL
