Global Delivery Organization Global Partner Ecosystem Delivery Manager

Job Roles:

Juniper Networks provides strategic consulting and solution development, integration and deployment services to our customers through the Professional Services (PS) organization. This is an individual contributor role that will own and be accountable for the GDO delivery partner ecosystem. The objective of the role is to develop a set of delivery partners globally who can provide delivery resource augmentation to GDO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a "heat" map that reflects GDO's delivery capabilities globally.

  • Define a partner ecosystem strategy to establish partner delivered capabilities in regions where there is GDO Delivery demand but GDO Delivery lacks capabilities.

  • Identify key delivery partners.

  • Publish and maintain a partner capability "heat" map globally.

  • Build business cases to establish partnerships with delivery partners.

  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure teaming agreements, passthrough agreements, partner Statement of Works (SOWs), and delivery project milestones are in place prior to partner engagements.

  • Work with Finance and key stakeholders on business transactions, include Purchase Order (PO) issuing, and payment schedules to partners.

  • Establish clear and efficient partner engagement processes.

  • Build and maintain delivery partner relationships.

  • Define business and performance metrics for delivery partners.

  • Manage and be accountable for delivery partners' delivery consistency and performance.

  • Work with key global stakeholders in GDO, and Sales in identification and prioritization of PS global partner capability requirements.

  • Engage with key stakeholders to contribute to the scoping and defining project delivery resource structure that may include delivery partners.

  • Build a reputation as a subject matter expert (SME) among their peers in the technology, products, solutions, and services.

Required Experience:

  • Strong ability to lead, influence, and drive virtual teams to achieve common goals.

  • Experienced in partnership development and partner vetting, selection, and management.

  • Experienced in defining and creating service scopes and business models.

  • Program Management experience of large programs.

  • Experienced in engaging delivery partners in a project delivery, including contract requirement, contract management and negotiation, milestone setting, and financial transactions.

  • Ability to build executive-level partnerships and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, individual contributors and customers, from CxO organization at Customer side to individual contributor.

  • Superior planning, organizational, communication, negotiation, change management, and cultural awareness skills, including financial and global business acumen.

  • Strong communication, influencing, and listening skills to enable transformational change in a positive work environment internally while maintaining strong partnerships with the diverse customer base.

  • An excellent understanding of the industry, the customer's business issues, and the most appropriate solution architecture to meet their business goals.

  • Bachelors and/or MS degree in Computer Science or Computer/Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years of related experience.
