The Role

The Global Operations Real Estate Professional will support the Real Estate Project Division in all aspects of coordination and project implementation. The primary focus of this role is to support all aspects of project management and coordinate communication. This position will be comprised of day-to-day coordination, communication, and special projects as required.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and coordinates meetings, deliverables, and critical project communication

  • Coordinates with project team to ensure vendors and stakeholders are fully informed

  • Executes required tasks and Verifies all office moves and new hires setups are completed to standard

  • Assist in reviewing design consultant proposals, contractor bids & vendor invoices

  • Assist with keeping weekly project reports for review

  • Review monthly project budget reports and process invoices for payment

  • Builds trusting relationships with all organizational stakeholders through credibility, reliability, effective

  • responsiveness and efficient communication in order to foster a collaborative and efficient work culture

Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture, Interior design, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field (Preferred, but not required)

  • Proficient in various computer software programs and MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Working knowledge in business tools commonly used in the industry (i.e., AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Excel, etc.)

  • Flexible team player with self-starter qualities and can-do attitude

  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and be proactive in leveraging resources to solve

  • Ability to build and leverage relationships in a complex and matrixed organization

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Internal initiative and ability to work towards a common goal

Location

  • 9am-6pm Monday-Thursday (in office); Friday (work remotely unless needed in office)

Compensation: The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $75,000 - $110,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
