Position Summary:
The Global Mobility Program Manager will develop and maintain a new mobility program, administer visa/immigration processing for domestic and international hiring and international assignments, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure relocating employees have a smooth and supported experience. You will be the in‐house subject matter expert for all things global mobility.
Essential Job Functions:
Build and manage a scalable global mobility program and processes which support a globally distributed team, including a population of in-office, hybrid, and remote workers
Implement and maintain mobility policies and practices globally, analyze the return on investment and costs associated
Advise and guide managers, recruiters, and business teams to set expectations on recommended practices, process, and timelines; and provide excellent customer service to employees in responding to their questions/concerns
Benchmark our current policies against internal feedback and external market standards, assess potential opportunities for improvement, and make strategic recommendations for program changes
Be a point of contact for vendors ‐ including relocation, tax service and immigration service providers
Provide subject matter expertise on global mobility topics including immigration, relocation, tax equalization, tax and mobility related consultations to the business
Collaborate with internal resources and external partners / vendors to provide guidance and direction to business leaders, HR, and cross‐functional teams
Oversee the management of the visa/work permits/permanent residence application processes, serving as the key point of contact for third party providers
Collaborate with other departments within the company on overall coordination and creation of the Global Mobility Program
Oversee, manage, and maintain relationships with each team/employee with active mobility cases while providing excellent service throughout the process. Provide strategic guidance on how to navigate cross‐entity hiring as well as establishing entities for global talent hubs and in partnership with cross‐functional considerations (e.g. tax, equity, immigration challenges, permanent establishment, etc.)
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, related field of study
Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in global mobility programs
Additional Experience Desired: Experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations or similar position
Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office, HRIS System preferably UKG UltiPro, Adobe
Preferred Certifications: Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) a plus
Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Experience in a global consulting firm a plus
Base Pay Range: $108,000 - $125,000
