• The candidate will have varied BA experience including Detailed Requirements Documentation and Business Process Reengineering.

What you will be responsible for

As a Business Analyst, this opportunity to join the Global Middle Office Change Team within Global Delivery will be responsible for contributing to tactical and strategic initiatives, in a dynamic business area and will provide excellent development opportunities.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivery of the analysis components for an initiative with a particular focus on business analysis, design and deployment

• Support to defining business scope, objectives, target outcomes and measures based on client and user needs

• Assessment of business problems / opportunities

• Production of detailed business requirements gathering and documentation (process maps, use case specifications, data models, testing).

What we value

These skills / experience will help you succeed in this role:

• Experience as a Business Analyst using Agile and/or Waterfall methodology within the Financial Services industry

• Experience in delivery of an end-to-end technology change project with exposure to technical / software development lifecycle

• Experience in gathering, analysing, documenting business requirements using business process models / use cases

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills

• Strong relationship management skills

• Strong PC skills including office applications, project scheduling and flowcharting software.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Strong candidates will have certifications in either Business Analysis, Project Management and/or Agile disciplines.

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $115,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
