Job Description:

The Supervisor will help in the development of strategic guidance and go-to-market guides across our global network of local markets. The Supervisor provides strategic oversight and guidance in the conception and delivery of innovative, business-building digital solutions across all aspects of the digital ecosystem. This involves the development of global digital strategies, using audience and marketplace insights to inform tangible ideas that can be either centrally activated or implemented on a local basis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance and frameworks to 70+ countries in the execution of media campaigns across the different channels (digital, TV, Video, Print, OOH)

  • Build strong inter-relationships with internal teams as well as external partners (clients, creative agencies, vendor partners) to create opportunities for synergistic collaboration across all

  • Write and present decks, with a clear overall story and POV

  • Directly support team Directors and contribute to high level projects

  • Act as a thought leader and help push the boundaries on clients' digital, data/measurement, strategy, and overall innovation efforts

You have solid strategic communications planning, process and budget management experience. You also have comprehensive media channel expertise. In this role, you will lead global media operations to ensure global consistency and collaboration. You will play an active role in defining and optimizing systems, processes and tools to build an efficient and transparent global media operating model. You will be responsible for developing global communications strategies for big bet initiatives. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to focus on holistic, cross-channel and customer-centric planning. GLOBAL MEDIA MANAGER, STRATEGY & OPERATIONS, GLOBAL BUSINESS MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead global budget allocation, tracking and reporting Define and optimize processes and tools Manage communications and coordination with regional teams Manage vendors and agency contracts Develop strong cross-functional partnerships with peer leads in Marketing, Creative, Events, Sales Ops, and more Develop global communications strategies and guidance Represent expertise in all media channels and working familiarity with all marketing disciplines Inspire teams with how media can be used creatively to bring ideas to life Champion the ongoing development of an integrated planning process Partner with brand planners, creative and all marketing disciplines to define what it takes to connect with customers MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * 8+ years of work experience in media agency operations and media strategy on global accounts Experience with principles of marketing and advertising as well as the dynamics of media- how each media element performs alone, how they perform together and how they are constantly changing Experience allocating media investments, managing budgets and vendors Experience with infusing data into activation strategies and ideas Experience with digital behaviors and the ongoing evolution of the media landscape Experience working cross-functionally in a global team PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in the tech industry Presentation experience Facebook's mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together.
