To ensure a strong & consistent global control environment, the Markets & Securities Services business is enhancing the Business Control and Supervision (BCS) function. This global role supports the development and maintenance of the front office supervision framework. The successful candidate will work with Business Management, Sales and Trading, Compliance and Technology to evolve the global supervision platform, coordinate key projects, and monitor the performance of supervisory activities within the business (first line of defense). The position will have high visibility and be located in the New York City headquarters.
Work with supervisors, CAOs and control functions to further develop a best in class supervision tool and oversight;
Manage the development pipeline, prioritize enhancement and coordinate releases;
Assess, design and implement front office supervision controls and alerts across products;
Coordinate change management, including roll-out plans, communication and training as needed;
Monitor performance of controls to ensure sustainability of the framework;
Ensure consistency and completeness across businesses and regions;
Maintain the control catalog and associated procedures;
Define strategic enhancements, such as detecting trends / patterns, to identify potential conduct risks;
Coordinate with Business and IT partners to develop tools for real time monitoring leveraging data science;
Build dashboards and scorecards to assess the effectiveness of the control framework, and identify key risk areas;
Build strong internal relationships with Front Office businesses to strengthen control awareness.
Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels of management;

Knowledgeable of sales & trading lifecycles and process flows;
Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver change;
Highly organized and efficient at prioritizing tasks;
