Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or engineering

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional / commercial role that should include both healthcare experience and digital marketing.

  • Experience in high profile product launch and international experience in marketing, product marketing or related field

  • Cross-functional leadership skills to influence stakeholders and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy

  • Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, global and cross-functional teams

  • Strong analytical, financial, budget management and project management skills

  • Ability to lead and work effectively, set- and/or influence to set strategy and get things done within a matrix environment

  • Clear Thinker with strong decision making skills: takes proactive steps to generate results, uses data and other inputs to make decisions; owns decision, and takes accountability for work using strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Demonstrated oral and written communications skills

  • Ability to travel 20-30% of the time (both domestic and international)

  • Hands-on attitude and willingness to consistently work flexible hours to accommodate needs of global customers and colleagues

Desired Characteristics

  • MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

  • Digital marketing specialization and/or substantial hands-on digital marketing experience

  • Deep marketing expertise in market and customer insights, market opportunity analysis, product commercialization, branding, new product introduction process, product roadmap development, product life-cycle management, messaging and pricing.

  • Healthcare product, -medical device, -technical acumen

  • Experience in establishing new business models, such as e-commerce channel or revenue models

  • Creative problem solver and solution developer when presented with competing business priorities

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing, and quality of outcomes

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate internally and with customers

  • Collaborative Leader - Exhibits willingness to engage other business partners within the organization, is innovative, creative with a solution-based approach to capture opportunities and remove barriers

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Encourages and models a team approach to accomplish the Luther Manor Mission of providing excellent care and services to all customers * Follows state and federal regulations as outlines in the employee handbook, nursing policy/procedure manuals, human resources manual and the resident bill of rights. * Reports all potential/actual safety hazards to the nurse in charge. * Provides direct resident care in accordance with their plan of care (ISP). * Maintains resident confidentiality. * Attends and participates in unit meetings and completes a minimum of 12-15 hours of in-service annually per HFS 83. * Communicates observed changes in resident condition to the nurse in charge. * Transports residents to daily appointments including the clinic and beauty shop. * Participates in resident activities as able to and makes self available to residents and staff. * Answers call lights in a timely manner - under 2 minutes. * Established and maintains tact and effective communication with staff, residents, families, visitors, and volunteers. * Reads and follows caregiver notes to assist residents in providing person-centered attention to residents. * Other duties as assigned. * Must have completed or the ability to complete the required CBRF training for caregiver staff. * Must have the ability to deal tactfully and effectively with residents in a variety of areas. * Must have the ability to speak to and hear residents and staff * Must have ability to read and write English. * Must have the mobility to spend 90% of the work shift standing and/or moving about the work area. * Must be able to push, pull or list 50 lbs. * Follows nursing department dress code. * Demonstrated ability to work with the aging and memory loss/confused residents.
