Global Marketing Manager, Knee

DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Marketing Manager - Global Growth Knee Marketing. Position will be based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida or Warsaw, IN.

This role is within our Joint Reconstruction business offering orthopaedic devices, solutions and supplies for hip, knee and extremity reconstruction, in addition to cement and operating room products.

This team member will gain experiences associated with commercial product launches and delivering commercial tactics to promote the business. Responsibilities include development of tactical launch plans, customer-facing initiatives to promote and educate on the product, and leading efforts across multiple business functions to support execution of business plans to meet company goals and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Implement a tactical plan by providing appropriate promotional materials and customer engagement strategies.

• Work across all elements of the marketing role and use appropriate channels of communication.

• Build marketing materials and route them for approval by cross-functional partners.

• Work collaboratively with external agencies and cross functional groups within the organization.

• Support market analysis and assess competitive activity.

• Develop a strong network with customers and key opinion leaders.

• Develop an understanding of new products and topics that impact the business.

• Support forecasting activities and develop a firm understanding of financial trends and performance in specific brand lines.
