Job Purpose and Impact
The Global Marketing Manager Growth Areas will develop specific customer driven marketing strategies, value propositions, segmentations, experiences, targeted communications and new customer solutions and concepts for the specific growth areas within ANH Enterprise. In this role, you will strategically execute a marketing strategy to achieve profitable growth and value creation for both customers and the company. You will collaborate cross functionally to establish business plans and marketing opportunities to activate and deliver customer value through the customer decision journey and achieve customer driven growth.
Key Accountabilities
Plan, execute and measure marketing strategies, promotions and annual plans for the defined growth areas of the business focusing on customer segments or specific channels to implement marketing strategies.
Collaborate cross functionally with the global marketing teams, regional teams, sales and insights, to align marketing initiatives with channels, brands , value propositions and product and category plans to ensure integrated marketing activities support a consistent customer experience.
Ensure timely execution of key customer or channel initiatives based on priorities established through the marketing planning process for the defined growth areas - e.g. sustainability, innovation.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of customer and market to help identify areas where additional customer and brand growth can be achieved.
Work collaboratively within the global marketing team to monitor performance of the agreed initiatives and metrics to serve as feedback loop and ensure efficiency of initiatives and improve return on investment.
Evaluate and modify promotion or advertising programs.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business related or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Confirmed experience in value proposition development
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in marketing planning, digital marketing, campaign planning and execution, performance measurement, demand generation and activation and or content delivery
Experience in customer co creation and or customer experience programs development and execution
Experience in collaborating cross functionally to execute analysis on customers / brands / markets and using various marketing tools
