JOB MISSION:

As the Global Marketing GTM Manager, you will build, strategize, and optimize the Global Marketing Go-to-Market (GTM) process, including strategy and content, bringing global marketing stories from conception to market. In partnership with Global Marketing, Global Product, Global Merchandising, Global Channels (Retail/VM, Site, Social, Media, PR, Web3 + Gaming), and Regions, you will drive Global Marketing's GTM process and cross-category strategy, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged, with a particular emphasis on regional collaboration and owned channels. This role reports to the Head of Global Marketing GTM and is based at the New Balance global headquarters in the Boston area.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Oversee global marketing's go-to-market process, strategy and content creation from customer (wholesale, DTC) sell-in to consumer sell-through, driving brand and commercial success.

  • Create and refine marketing processes to enhance efficiency in global product and campaign launches.

  • Assist in the creation of global marketing's seasonal calendar for brand and product storytelling in collaboration with global product and merchandising.

  • Facilitate the development of scalable go-to-market strategies for global product launches and marketing activations.

  • Work with global channels and regional teams to develop integrated marketing plans that drive demand and accelerate sales.

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the full consumer journey with a focus on consumer acquisition and conversion.

  • Drive the creation of compelling content for commercial stories to support high-volume product

  • Ensure timely delivery of global content to regions by collaborating closely with global partners.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry best practices to inform strategic planning.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in global brand and/or product marketing

  • Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies for products or services, with successful launches in multiple international markets.

  • Experience in creating compelling marketing content and overseeing creative processes to ensure brand consistency and engagement across different markets.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and platforms, including paid/social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, external agencies, and regional partners.

  • Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and make informed decisions quickly and efficiently.

  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset, adaptable to changing market conditions and organizational priorities.

  • Experience with Asana (project management system) and Widen (digital asset management) tools, or similar.

Flexible Work Schedule

New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
