Global Marketing Director, Pan Tumor Dato-Dxd

Join our Oncology Business Unit as the Global Marketing Director for Pan Tumor Dato-DXd. This role is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of those living with cancer.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can expand our brand into new tumour types and lead cross franchise brand activities. If youre ready to take calculated risks, try new things, and work as one to go further, faster, this is the role for you Accountabilities: As the Global Marketing Director, you will contribute to the progress of the brand clinical development program by providing commercial assessment and insights for new opportunities.

You will represent the commercial voice in the new tumour types working teams to drive positive P3 IDs in line with the franchise scorecard goals. Collaborating with the Lifecycle and Pipeline lead, you will gather customer insights and market understanding to build meaningful business cases for investment decisions. You will also lead indication agnostic brand activities such as Omnichannel campaigns, Congresses, and above brand communication.

Essential Skills/Experience: 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical development and commercialisation Proven experience successfully launched brands in key markets Strategic thinking, judgement and influencing skills Scientific curiosity and learning agility Strong leadership Demonstrated success working in marketing teams Strong working knowledge of forecasting, market research, useful insight generation, and competitive landscape analysis and interpretation When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
