EFI is looking for a Product Marketing leader for our EFI Productivity Software (EPS) Business Unit (BU), a >$160M global business that offers a rich portfolio of business and production software to Print, Packaging and Textile companies around the world. Reporting to the EPS General Manager/SVP, this role is based in our Pittsburgh, PA office.

This key leadership role will direct and oversee the BU overall Marketing and Sales Enablement efforts. The incumbent will design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies and sales enablement programs that drive global growth. To be successful in this role, you should be adept at strategic positioning and planning, results oriented programs, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves as an individual contributor. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that the Product Marketing department's deliverables contribute to achieving our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic positioning of our product, services and consulting offering for our various segments of operation

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market demand.

  • In collaborate with the BU leadership Segment GMs and EPS Sales head, design and implement:

  • Effective Sales Enablement programs

  • Effective demand generation activities

  • Effective product and services launch and go-to-market programs

  • Effective market analysis and competitive analysis

  • Set current and long-term goals for the marketing team

  • Align with other Business Unit marketing leads to increase leverage of the One EFI value

  • Track, measure and optimize budget allocation and marketing spend

  • Build relationships with media, analysts and stakeholders through creative PR strategies

  • Manage social media programs and the EPS portion in the company's website

  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics

  • Collaborating with EFI Corporate Marketing, provide requirements, guidance and creative ideas as to effectively organizing marketing events and trade show activities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience effectively managing marketing efforts in a B2B context

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in global marketing of software products

  • BSc degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field

  • Strong communication skills and a proven track record in designing and communicating portfolio offering vision and clear value proposition

  • Demonstrate proven track record in Designing and implementing:

  • Successful marketing strategies that yield results

  • Effective Sales Enablement programs

  • Effective demand generation programs

  • Effective product launch and go-to-market programs

  • Effective market analysis and competitive analysis

  • Proven work experience as a senior level Marketing leader and a member of a business / business unit management team

  • Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords

  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques

  • Strong analytical and project management skills

  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions

In an effort to continue to adapt to market dynamics and transform to meet the consumer expectation(s), we continue to diversify our channel strategy—build and execute a holistic Omni-Channel strategy with an executable GTM and activation plan. Given this, this position requires the person to be both strategic and tactical in nature with a strong history of success developing GTM strategy and executing plans as well as working cross functionally effectively to drive program success. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a dynamic, timeline driven environment, successfully collaborating with various payers (Employers, Payviders, Commercial, Government, etc.) You are responsible for * Strong understanding and experience in Fee-For-Service environment and the transition to Value Based Care as well as Population Health Management * Strong ability to segment the payer market in an effort to identify the value pockets and payer need where the SRC business can build programs/solutions to provide a unique offering and extract value * Ability to build new payer business models, i.e. at-risk chronic disease management programs to manage high risk patient populations, especially Hospital to Home Care E2E solutions * Partner internally and externally (clinical, clinical marketing, healthcare economist, actuary, etc.) to build global Payer strategy and executable marketing and activation plans to drive Payer revenue and increased profitability * Partner with cross functional team to execute, operationalize and monetize the Payer strategy and new business/revenue models * Build Payer global framework and activation roadmap for markets to access and leverage to drive success * Partner with Business Units and the Business Group to ensure product/solution roadmap aligns with Payer needs, etc. * Strong experience in payer contract negotiations * Ability to coordinate and drive cross-functional teams * Active problem solver with passion, with the energy to succeed in a company that is in growth mode * Strategic and creative thinker, that develops big, disruptive ideas deeply rooted in payer insights * Strong communicator with the ability to manage expectations through both formal and informal communication channels * Drive and manage Payer strategy and implementation, providing thought leadership and process improvement for Payer and Omni-channel strategy and implementation * Provide analysis and recommendations for Payer partnership risks and potential issues, etc. * Strong project management abilities; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget parameters * Experience building and executing strategy and marketing activation plans including but not limited to: segmentation and value proposition creation, marketing content and collateral, positioning and messaging, marketing activation, etc. * Manage the Channel Marketing budget and finance process for accurate reporting to business target * Identify and support events that strengthen our relationship with our Payer partners You are a part of the Sleep and Respiratory Care Channel Innovation team in the Market-to-Order (M2O) organization. The Channel Innovation team is driving an Omni-Channel strategy that includes: DMEs, HCOs and Systems, Payers and e-Commerce. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience * Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of Payer experience (MBA a plus) * Five plus years' experience in Payer and Omni-channel commerce * Strong experience in building and managing strategic partnerships (experience with CMS, BCBS, United Healthcare, etc.) * Experience with partnering with healthcare economist and actuaries to develop new business models, at risk programs * Ability to partner to operationalize and monetize Payer strategy and plan * Solid strategic marketing planning and tactical execution/activation experience * Exceptional leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and relationship management abilities to get things done across a large, complex organizations * Drive proactive teamwork and consensus across multiple Payer initiatives * Create and execute multiple partner marketing plans simultaneously * Ability to think strategic and execute tactically to drive outcome * Ability to assess disparate and sophisticated data streams and distill them into meaningful and, ultimately, actionable strategic recommendations * Ability to work with multi-national teams, understand and respect cultural diversity and develop messages that help achieve objectives with diverse audiences * Deliver on deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment.
