Position Summary:
Stratasys is seeking a creative and resourceful Sr. Marketing Analytics Leader who can thrive in a small, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will love organizing data and discovering business insights. Through natural curiosity and enthusiasm, you enjoy finding solutions to challenges encountered by our marketing teams. The Sr. Marketing Analytics Leader will report directly to the CMO.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for gathering, structuring and analyzing data to increase revenue and optimize campaign ROI.

  • Generate actionable data to focus marketing spend, discover root causes for performance disparities from plan, drive change for improvement.

  • Develop and refine segmentation models to help focus marketing assets.

  • Lead development of predictive modeling projects using data mining techniques for estimating current and future clients, prospecting new clients and cross-selling to existing clients.

  • Explore data to uncover patterns, meaningful relationships, anomalies, and trends.

  • Produce actionable insights from multiple research projects and effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams.

  • Train users on reporting and marketing automation tools for analytics insights.

  • Deliver a standard cadence of reports and analysis to key internal audiences.

  • Manage a team, develop their capabilities, and make them great.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics/Business Management/Information Systems or other quantitative discipline.

  • Minimum of 5+ years' professional experience in analyst positions driving business insights through large, complex marketing data sets in a technology-oriented company.

  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience successfully using CRM, marketing automation platform, and data management platforms/analytical tools to drive business decisions.

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages and environments, including R, Python, SQL, Macros, etc.

  • Significant and demonstrated expertise in Google Analytics, Salesforce.com, Marketo, Microsoft Excel and other BI tools (Omniture/Adobe, Cognos, Hyperion, Tableau, Domo, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated data visualization skills, including experience creating dashboard reporting in Tableau/Qlickview/Oracle DVD or a similar visualization tool.

  • Strong understanding of technical aspects of data, data sources, databases, and visualization.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize, make and share progress on multiple concurrent projects.

  • Ability to communicate results and provide transparency to functional and executive teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to develop and lead presentations with partner business executive audience and work well with others coupled with a "roll-up your sleeves" mentality to get things done.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • 2-3 Direct Reports.
