YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Craft and execute global equipment market strategies aligned with corporate plans.

• Identify market trends and customer needs to drive growth opportunities, innovations, and expansions.

• Effectively communicate strategies to management and relevant stakeholders for support and implementation.

• Transparently communicate and manage projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Propose and oversee market development projects to expand product range in line with customer expectations.

• Monitor project progress, report on milestones, and address challenges in consultation with supervisors and stakeholders.

• Initiate cross-departmental actions to address market challenges and negative trends.

• Cultivate strong relationships with major OEM players and essential OES brands.

• Stay updated on supplier market and product evolution to support negotiations.

• Build and maintain a robust network with potential customers, external experts, and suppliers.

• Engage in dedicated literature reading, market research, and participation in industry events.

• Collect relevant information through trade shows, visits, websites, and active participation in discussions and sessions.

HOW TO SUCCEED

In this role, we're looking for an individual who can bring a proactive mindset, strategic vision, and strong collaborative abilities to the table. These qualities are essential for driving the company's growth and achieving success in global equipment markets.

• Must possess a minimum of 4-5 years in strategic planning and marketing.

• Experience working within the commercial, agricultural, or industrial machinery industry.

• Experience developing and implementing mid/long-term strategies that align with overall business objectives while adapting to regional market dynamics.

• Must possess experience conducting market research, analyzing data, and interpreting trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in various global markets.

• Proficiency in managing complex projects across multiple regions.

• Demonstrates strong leadership skills to motivate multicultural teams, fostering collaboration and driving performance across geographical boundaries.
