Corteva Agriscience, Agriculture Division of DowDuPont has an exciting opportunity for a Global Logistics Procurement Enablement Manager position.
This position provides leadership for the acquisition, maintenance and training related to information systems, tools and partnerships that support logistics sourcing and procurement functions. The role also provides input and support for selection and adoption of Platform Logistics Operations systems, tools and 3PL/4PL relationships. Leads, coaches and orchestrates to improve logistics operations and procurement systems and tools globally. Works with global/regional commercial operations, global/regional supply chain organizations, 3PL and 4PL partners to develop and implement world-class logistics systems and tools across Corteva.
Understand the global baseline and current roadmap for logistics operations and procurement systems and tools.
Partner with Platform Supply Chain teams, IT Procurement, and Corteva IT to continuously improve logistics and procurement systems and tools.
Stay abreast of global technology trends related to logistics operations and procurement systems and tools.
Partner with Platform Supply Chain teams, IT Procurement, and Corteva IT to develop a global systems and tools roadmap.
Monitor the performance of global logistics operations and procurement systems and tools suppliers and 3PL/4PL partners.
Coordinate global and regional training on logistics procurement systems and tools.
Critical Success Factors:
Demonstrated competency in driving execution, global business acumen, building winning global teams, championing change, customer orientation and building competitive advantage.
Ability to insist upon use of corporate processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
Strong knowledge/capability in logistics and supply chain (domestic and international)
Ability to plan and execute programs, and benchmark best practices to develop processes that support continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience working in or supervising logistics or supply chain information systems roles.
Knowledge of supply chain or logistics systems and tools, and global best practices.
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
