Job Description

Through this position, you will have the opportunity to explore the P&L of operations through logistics functions such as planning, inventory, cost and supply chain losses. The responsibility of the area consists in providing financial visibility at global level to the different heads functions. This is a global role based in Amsterdam, which requires stakeholders interaction across all business units/zones and head leadership.

The key activities are:

  • Centralize budget processes and trace actuals results across the P&L of logistics, Inventory and Supply Chain Losses worldwide.

  • Report and Analyze financial results (Vs Targets) globally for logistics functions.

  • Support the analysis, formulation and implementation of global savings-support projects in logistics.

  • Become the guardian of financial compliance documentation by ensuring the completion of monthly controls.

  • Track and trace corporate budget 2019 spend within the logistics team.

Job requirements:

Notice that for all intern positions we only hire candidates that are currently registered as a student. Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • Bachelor/Master student with affection for Finance, preferably in engineering, computer science, economics, econometrics, business or finance.

  • Have demonstrated use of strong analytical skills and problem solving/critical thinking skills

  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Office Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint. Basic coding skills such as VBA is a plus.

  • Be self-motivated, flexible and team player to work with people with diverse background and culture.

  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and work under pressure.

  • Fluent English.

Other information:

  • Fulltime salary: 625 per month

  • Commuting allowance covered.

  • Start date: October/November

  • Location: Amsterdam Zuidas

Job Description Through this position, you will have the opportunity to explore the day-to-day ZBB (Zero base Budget) and Capex (Capital Expenditure) roles. ZBB mindset is one of the core elements of Kraft Heinz Culture, driving organization towards a lean and cost-efficient structure based on saving "non-working" money and redirecting it to brands and consumer related investments. The other responsibility of the area consists in evaluating financial feasibility of capital investments, such as innovation, capacity increases and cost reduction initiatives, as well as manage and control ongoing projects. This is a global role global based out of the Netherlands, which requires interaction with all business units across the zones and head quarter leadership.
