4 year college business degree preferably in Accounting.
Two years related experience in Office Administration.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed below.
Intermediate level use of MS applications of Word, Excel, SharePoint & Power Point.
Working knowledge of techniques and principles pertaining to automated information systems, including data input, collection, retrieval, manipulation, interpretation and dissemination.
Self-starter who can work independently and under pressure using initiative and independent judgment within established policy and procedural guidelines.
Solid research, analytical and problem solving skills
Organizes own work, coordinating projects, setting priorities, meeting deadlines and following up on assignments with a minimum of direction.

Licensee Contract Management
Person holding this position is expected to be over-all Media-Box [MB] systems master or super-user including: Royalty Management [RM], Product Approval [PA] and Artwork Management [DAM] systems
Intake and Management of License Deal Proposals
Ensure data completeness
Submit & obtain credit checks
Submit & track through to
Maintain/Update Media Box System Database
New User set up and support
Enter key deal terms including assignment to international agents.
Assign licensee company to product development manager in PA portal
Maintain agreement status in RM.
Intake and manage licensee sales & royalty reporting and any additional reporting requirements as defined
Assist and advise on licensee audits
Maintain Master Licensee Lists including:
Licensing Resource Management
Performs specialized office support work which requires the exercise of independent judgment and a detailed knowledge of the activities and procedures specific to the department including:
Processing department purchase order request, invoices and payments.
Managing NDA records for potential licensing partners
Generate, maintain, and update sales materials for licensing sales team, and licensee marketing information to use with buyers to enhance sales including presentations, one-sheets and e-blasts
Assist with coordinating annual Tradeshows including the scheduling of appointments, trade show booth, expenses, and inter-departmental communications.
Assist VP with travel and T&E expense reports.
