Our mission is to fuel Google Customer Solutions growth by enabling customers to achieve the most with our products today and shaping our products for tomorrow. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the strategy and operations for our Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) customer insight program known as the Trusted Tester Program (TTP). The TTP is a global program covering strategic markets in multiple regions, and has become an integral part of the product development process for Tail products. The core mission of the program is to provide qualitative data on SMB needs through the development and execution of customer studies. The TTP works in close collaboration with Product and Sales Activation (PSA) team members and multiple cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Marketing, UX, gTech) to provide the relevant insights.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Own overall goals, strategy, and operations for the Trusted Tester Program.

  • Manage program operations including vendor/partner relationships (e.g., contractual compliance and contracting processes) and operational expenditure budgets (e.g., raising/managing all requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices).

  • Manage vendor operations to run studies annually for multiple Product teams in multiple markets and ensure Vendor teams adhere to Google standards.

  • Present insights from TTP studies to cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineering, and Sales teams.

  • Support team with additional internal research and analytics.
