A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You'll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy. As part of our Learning and Development Design and Curriculum team, you'll help lead the design process for all PwC traditional classroom and technology enabled learning solutions. You'll be working with subject matter specialists, programme directors/managers and project teams to strategise effective ways to educate and train our people on industry related materials.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Demonstrating extensive understanding of PwC's business context/professional services;
Designing all modalities, traditional classroom, conferences, and technology-based learning (self-study, virtual classroom, job-aids/performance support) including the creation of storyboards for self-studies, virtual classroom and mobile learning platforms, video and podcasts production, and leveraging mobile apps to drive and steer the learning process of a learner;
Linking instructional design, evaluation, learning assessment, instructor preparation, and delivering "blended" learning solutions;
Demonstrating experience with learning technologies and the ability to suggest and leverage learning solutions matching the learning objectives of the programme modules while being tech-savvy and innovation-oriented;
Demonstrating consultation skills;
Working successfully in highly ambiguous environments;
Being a team player with thorough oral and written communication skills, and having senior presence;
Demonstrating thorough interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain collaborative relationships;
Demonstrating proven success in being part of a team of creative professionals;
Contributing to the timely completion of assigned projects to established levels of quality;
Managing multiple design projects and help align resources to establish priorities are met;
Demonstrating experience as a virtual classroom instructor is helpful and desirable;
Running ongoing learning operations, eg. delivery of virtual online (Webex) sessions, development and updates in the mobile app, and collecting and analyzing ongoing feedback from the participants and learners; and,
Working in global, international, and intercultural environments as part of a virtual team spread across several time zones thorough virtual collaboration experience and delivery to a global audience.
